The Finest Construction
Made using the finest construction methods possible, Travelite pillows are designed to perform in any environment. All Travelite pillows feature our Q3-Microfiber™ rip-stop shell fabric that is DWR-Rated (Durable Water Resistant), allowing Travelite pillows to bead moisture. Travelite pillows are constructed with our unique down-proof piping that is wrapped in our Q3- Microfiber™ fabric. We then double needle tailor our Travelite pillows with an extremely durable nylon thread, ensuring that Travelite pillow shells can withstand the most challenging climates. Our patented elastic Q-Loop™ is especially designed for hanging and drying your pillow and comes standard on all Travelite pillows.

Q3-Microfiber™ Rip-Stop Shell Fabric
When our company started, and even today, most competitors use a cotton or flannel material as their pillow shell fabric. These shell fabrics are not ideal for active travel or outdoor use because they don’t repel moisture and take a long time to dry, particularly when traveling in wet or cold climates. With this in mind, in 2002, Quixote released the first Travelite pillows made with our Q3-Microfiber™ rip-stop shell fabric. This unique microfiber fabric is DWR-Rated (Durable Water Resistant), allowing the entire pillow shell to bead and repel moisture, keeping your Travelite pillow dry in the most challenging environments. Our Q3-Microfiber™ fabric is built with a tight rip-stop pattern, giving our Travelite pillow shells incredible tensile strength and durability with the best compression possible. All Travelite pillows by Quixote are made in our traditional Q3 black shell fabric color because the black color conducts sunlight the best, giving our Travelite pillows the fastest natural dry time in the outdoors. (Note: If a Travelite pillow becomes submerged underwater for an extended period of time, the pressure around it will enable water to penetrate the pillow shell.)
